Saltängen Property Invest AB (publ) har via dotterbolag Saltängen Property Västerås AB tecknat avtal med ICA Fastigheter AB om att förlänga det befintliga hyresavtalet med ytterligare ett (1) år, till och med den 30 september 2023. I samband med förlängningen kommer även Saltängen Property Invest AB (publ) att investera ytterligare 33 miljoner i pågående renoveringsprojekt.
